Recently, we’ve seen an increase in fraudulent text messages and phone calls claiming to be from financial institutions, including ours.
These scams often attempt to trick you into clicking on suspicious links or giving out sensitive information like passwords, PINs, or account numbers. We want to make sure you know how to spot a scam and what to do if you get one.
Common Signs of a Scam
If you receive a text message that:
- Claims to be from a financial institution
- Mentions a large or unusual transaction
- Asks you to “verify” or “cancel” an action through a link
- Urges you to respond immediately
Don’t click it or respond. Just delete it.
How to Protect Yourself

We will never ask you to confirm passwords, PINs, or other private information through text. - Stay informed.
